SP Network Automation Center UX/UI design
Cisco SP Network Automation Center is designed for element and network management systems. It provides simplified, converged, end-to-end lifecycle management for carrier-grade networks of all sizes. Businesses can improve agility and operational efficiencies through automated device operations, fast provisioning, and proactive assurance.
My UX design process: Communicate with different group members; competitor research; develop user stories. After basic research, I'll start designing information architecture and wireframes then show them to other people/users, after gathering feedbacks, I'll provide UX/UI designs and gathering feedbacks and continuously iteration. After the design phase, I provide high fidelity prototype for more testing then creating UI specification document for front-end engineers to implement. I work closely with front-end and back-end engineers. My role is to design a networking system that easy to use and consistent with other products from Cisco.
